There are several events this year associated with our tour:
- A convenient trolley service will be available on Saturday from 10am-4pm. This ticket sold separately from the Le Tour Home ticket. Parking and pick up for trolley service will be provided at Highland Hills Baptist Church on Briarcliff Road. Tickets are $5.
- Le Tour of Kitchens Luncheon: Saturday only at 11:30am. This special lunch is sure to be a treat for all who attend! Mr. Jim Barfield and Mr. Walter Elliott will entertain us with not only the history of Shirley Hills, but also about local architect, W. Elliott Dunwody, Jr., who designed many of the homes in Shirley Hills. Mr. Barfield and Mr. Elliott will also be available for book signings. Don't have a book?! Don't worry, Wesleyan Press will be on hand with a book they published about Mr. Dunwody and his work. Tickets are $15.
- Wreath and Potted Plant sale! More information to come regarding this new event.
- Additional Special Events to include: Cooking for Fido, Go With Greer, It’s All About You Monogramming, Only GA Food Gift Products, Kyle Hitchcock Photography, Southern Living at Home- Bethany Rensberger, The Saucy Shallot, WineStyles, Glenda Bozeman author of Macon Then and Now.
Proceeds raised during Le Tour of Kitchens go directly to support all the causes currently supported by The Junior League of Macon, Inc.
