Your provisional year is a training year where you get oriented with the
League and our activities. Here are some points of interest.
- Attend a mandatory information meeting in April.
- Complete Membership requirement of annual dues of $125.
- Complete Provisional membership requirements of a one time Provisional Course Fee of $120.
- Attend all meetings of the Provisional Course including a mandatory all day retreat. These meetings will be held the first Tuesday of each month beginning in October and going through May.
- Complete all required Provisional Course work.
- Attend monthly Membership meetings - Held on the second Tuesday of each month from September through May (excluding December).
- Complete Provisional membership requirements at The Market Place, which include working one 3-hour shift and selling ticket quota of $45.00 (9 tickets at $5 each).
- Complete Provisional membership requirements at Le Tour of Kitchens, which include working one 2-hour shift and selling ticket quota of $30.00 (2 tickets at $15 each).
- Complete Membership requirements regarding our Cookbook Sale (total financial commitment of $60.00).
- Participate in the Provisional Class Project.
- Have fun, meet new friends, and learn a great deal about your community.
