The following is but a sampling of the delicious buffet items that will be offered at this special event created especially for Le Tour of Kitchens. For the complete, updated menu, see www.marcomacon.com


Menu
-Fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese "Caprese"
-Parma prosciutto & sopressata (Italian cold cuts)
-Roasted chicken salad with apples, fontina cheese and walnuts
-Roasted beef "carpaccio" style with arugula and parmesan cheese
-Jumbo crab meat and bay scallops salad with orange mayonnaise
-Shrimp cocktail
-Potato salad with pork sausage, gorgonzola cheese and quail eggs
-Smoked salmon with traditional condiments
-Assorted sautéed vegetable with peppers, zucchini, eggplant and mushroom
-Focaccia bread, French toast with syrup & blueberry muffins
-Assorted Italian and domestic cheeses with crackers and fresh fruit
-Baked meat lasagna with veal and beef
-Rigatoni with creamy tomato and basil
-Veal scaloppini "Valdostana" with mushroom and fontina cheese
-Asparagus gratin
-Polenta croutons
-Chicken, potato and leek soup
-Roasted mild pork sausage
-Egg Benedictine
-Salmon wrapped with speck in a white wine sauce with shallots and capers
-Carving station with Roasted rack of lamb au jus and Roasted Virginia ham
-Tiramisu, Chocolate cake, Colomba (Italian Easter cake), Fresh fruit
-Cheese cake, Crème caramel, Mini apple tart, Neapolitan Sfogliatelle
